20-year-old Swiss pianist and electronica gem Adriano Koch delivers with “Lone” his second solo effort. A word to be taken literally as the album was created in complete isolation.

The result, however, is anything but withdrawn; the album’s 12 tracks are lush and crammed with wide, open spaces.

Building on jazz foundations, Koch drew from it a great piece of neo-classical music infused with electronic elements, always inspired, courageous. Simply brilliant.
